Free Art Gallery Admissions

On Thursday, July 28, more than 125 galleries in NYC's Chelsea arts district will stay open late for the FREE Chelsea Art Walk. From 5-8 pm you can catch live performances, screenings + artist talks all for FREE. Galleries are from 19th-29th streets, between 7th Avenue + the Hudson River.

Free Animation Block Party

Hey friends! This is Animation weekend @ the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM). As part of the festivities stop by it's FREE animation trade show + art gallery exhibition from 12pm-8pm on Saturday July 30.

Free Tai Chi, Hula Hoop + Yoga Workouts

Forget your usual expensive, calorie-laden happy hour for one day this week. On Wednesday July 27, lace up your sneakers and head to NYC's Jackie Robinson Park for FREE Tai Chi, Hula Hoop + Yoga Workouts! Jackie Robinson Park is on 145th Street + Edgecombe Ave in Manhattan (Directions Here).

Free Group Runs for Women

Don't have a gym membership or need something to shake yourself from a monotonous workout rut-- join the Urban Girl Squad Running Group! Along with women's fitness company Athleta, they are offering women FREE coached group runs in NYC's Central Park(sorry fellas). Don't worry if you haven't run in years(like me) or never ran before in life since groups will be ability-based: beginner, intermediate or advanced levels. After each run, Athleta will host a reception with FREE refreshments and goodie bags.
